1. Services

TADEA Staffing Ltd supplies temporary Healthcare Support Workers and Nursing Staff to regulated adult and children’s services. TADEA Staffing Ltd operates as a staffing agency and does not provide regulated care services directly.

2. Fees & Payment Terms (IMPORTANT)

Invoicing

Invoices issued weekly (every Monday for previous week)

Payment Terms

Payment due within 7 days of invoice date

Late Payment

Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Cancellation Policy (Very Important)

More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the agreed shift charge.

Cancellation within 4 hours of shift start: Full charge (100%).

Minimum Charge I recommend Minimum charge of 4 hours per shift.

Timesheets

Workers will submit weekly timesheets signed or approved by an authorised representative of the Client.

Failure to sign timesheets does not invalidate payment if shifts were worked.

3. Transfer / Temp-to-Perm Clause (Very Important)

If the Client wishes to directly employ a Worker supplied by TADEA Staffing Ltd within 6 months of introduction:

A transfer fee may apply, to be agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to: Provide safe working conditions

Provide appropriate supervision

Report safeguarding concerns immediately

Inform TADEA Staffing Ltd of any incidents involving supplied staff

5. Compliance

All Workers supplied undergo:

Right to Work verification

Enhanced DBS (where required)

Employment references

Mandatory training verification

Documentation available upon request.

6. Liability

TADEA Staffing Ltd maintains:

Employers’ Liability Insurance

Public Liability Insurance

Operational supervision remains the responsibility of the Client during assignments.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
